This beautiful basement development created more liveable space for a growing family. With space for entertaining, games and relaxing – this basement has it all!
Located in the Calgary community of Woodbine Estates, this large home had an undeveloped basement. Our clients called us to complete the renovation on the basement to achieve more liveable space in their home. The finishes were carefully selected to create a cozy and warm environment. With an electric fireplace located in the living room, the clients had many plans to spend evenings after a long day curled up with a book and a hot cup of tea. When planning to entertain, the games room and bar area was the perfect hang out spot for beers after work on a Friday evening with some friends. Additionally, the spacious guest bedroom was perfect for anyone staying at the home to have their own private quarters which included an expansive bathroom with a tub.
