The Summit Suite

This full-scale renovation reimagined the dated top floor of a three-storey Calgary townhome into a private suite. Originally a tired recreational space, the upper level was thoughtfully redesigned to create a personalized and functional retreat.

The centrepiece of the new suite is a spacious bedroom featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace framed by custom built-ins, and large patio doors with an arched transom window leading to the balcony. Natural light floods the room, enhancing its airy and serene feel.

A standout feature is the dream walk-in closet, complete with a central island and a statement wallpaper accent. The adjoining ensuite bathroom offers boutique hotel-style amenities, including a generously-sized tiled shower, dual-sink custom vanity, and extensive cabinetry to meet every organizational need.

This project is a testament to how purposeful design can turn overlooked spaces into a standout feature in any home.
